The service

MYTHME lets someone who says they are 18 or older submit a photo and receive an original AI-generated mythical character, a portrait, and a card they can download or share. Ages 13–17 and under 13 cannot submit a photo in this beta. The beta may change, pause, or stop. A result may fail, look wrong, or be unavailable.

Your photo

You must have the right or permission to use every photo you submit. MYTHME does not claim ownership of that photo. You are responsible for what you upload, including photos of other people.

AI results

Names, lore, and pictures are generated automatically. They can be inaccurate, strange, or similar to something someone else receives. MYTHME does not promise that a result is unique, correct, or fit for a particular purpose.

Not allowed

Do not use MYTHME for anything illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative. Do not upload a photo of someone else without permission. Do not impersonate a real person in a deceptive way, and do not present a generated myth as a factual biography. Do not try to break, overload, or misuse the service.

Gallery and sharing

A myth is unlisted until you separately confirm that you want it in the public Gallery. After you publish, other people can view it and share its link. You can download your card and copy your unique link. Sharing a link does not transfer ownership of the original photo.

Social featuring

An optional checkbox, shown only where featuring is offered, lets an adult allow MYTHME to feature a published myth on MYTHME’s own official social channels. Leaving it unchecked changes nothing about the ability to create or publish. It is not offered for anyone under 18. It is not a license for movies, casting, advertising or endorsements, merchandise, third-party licensing, cryptocurrency or token promotions, or selling a likeness. Those uses would need their own future permission, which this beta does not request or grant. You can revoke featuring later.

Intellectual property

The MYTHME name, branding, and app remain MYTHME’s. You keep whatever rights you already had in your photo. Generated output may also be subject to the AI provider’s terms. Nothing here sells you a copyright in a particular style or promises that no one else will receive a similar character.

Rarity

Rarity is a collectible flourish on a card. It is not money, a token, an investment, or a promise of value.

Removal

From the device that forged a myth, you can delete MYTHME’s stored copy. Unchecking featuring withdraws that optional permission. The operator may also remove myths that break these terms or that the operator is asked to take down. Email Mythmeofficialteam@gmail.com.

Age

You must choose an age group before a photo. MYTHME does not collect a birth date. Only people who select 18 or older, and then confirm the separate upload checkbox, may forge a myth. That selection is an attestation, not an identity check.

If you are 13–17, you may not upload or generate a myth in this beta. Saying that a parent gave permission is not enough, and this app does not verify a parent or legal guardian. Nothing on these pages claims that a parental-consent process has been independently reviewed or is legally sufficient.

If you are under 13, you may not upload or generate a myth. The blocked screen does not ask for a photo, birthday, or email.

Generation does not publish a myth. Public Gallery placement needs its own confirmation. Official social featuring is separate again and is not available for anyone under 18.
